This family-friendly hotel is situated in a picturesque valley surrounded by the scenic Alps. the rooms are clean and cozy, with breathtaking mountain views from the windows. the breakfast and dinner offer a great selection of local cuisine, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the hotel provides a bus stop for easy access to skiing and offers free stay for young children.
The cleanliness levels need improvement, as some areas, such as under the bed and dining table, were not properly cleaned.

Cozy loft with stunning mountain view, friendly and nice staff, delicious local food for breakfast and dinner, convenient ski bus stop in front of hotel, kids stay for free.

A charming family-owned hotel located in a picturesque valley surrounded by stunning Alpine mountains. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to reach the ski station. the breakfast and dinner options were scrumptious with a diverse selection of local cuisine, and the staff was pleasant and hospitable.
The parking can be a hassle as some guests tend to occupy two spots. the cleanliness can be improved as there was some dust under the bed, and the floor was not cleaned after dinner, which was not pleasant for our baby who ended up crawling on the floor.

The hotel location was quite convenient, close to the ski slopes and transportation was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and always available to help. Breakfast and dinner meals were tasty with a good variety to choose from.
There were some areas in the room and dining area that were not properly cleaned. , the sauna experience was not pleasant due to the practice of co-ed nudity.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and had a good variety of local foods. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and it was easy to get around with the hotel transportation. my stay was very pleasant thanks to the hotel facilities and services.
